Long-Term Vision

Mason Radio Broadcasting will sell advertisements to locally owned businesses or mom-and-pop

shops. Adults aged 20-70 will listen to our ads and music from our station. The local community

will think of the company as a great one and it will provide excellent customer service by

focusing on the customer. We will purchase a building and have 10-20 employees; we will have

me as the owner, a general manager, a sports department, disk jockeys, engineers, news people, a

music format director, etc. The company will be in great financial status. Our employees will be

in a kind and friendly environment.
